Fund for Women Cancer Care Grants
In addition to the physical and mental toll of cancer treatment, many also experience significant economic challenges beyond what insurance and existing household finances can manage. This fund supports those struggling with financial burdens that consistently affect their ability to receive treatment and feel as self-confident as possible. Examples of expenses we help support include:
- Wigs
- Head coverings
- Transportation
- Child care
- Elder care
- Nutrition
- Prosthetics
- Skin care
- Insurance premiums
- Anything else that isn’t covered by insurance
Timing:
The Fund for Women accepts Cancer Care Grant applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. Notification of an award takes approximately ten business days from application submission. Individuals may apply once per calendar year for up to $500 to help with ANYTHING preventing you from safely continuing on your recovery journey.
